Everything is great , except the inner housing gets cracked when small heavy objects are picked up. This vacuum is very powerful.

The BEST light vacuum I've used!

Had this vacuum for 4 years and it is excellent. Extremely light yet very powerful. The long cord is perfect. It's very sturdy. I use for my cleaning business. The brush does need to be cleaned out regularly for hair and string (and the ends), but it has needed very little maintenance and repair. I tried a Bissell light recently and promptly returned it as it didn't even slightly compare. I think 4 years for a less than $200 vacuum cleaner is excellent.
